Discovery Fitness

Organised fitness is a daily activity in Discovery. The students all start fitness together which is a great way for the students to get to know and trust each other as well as creating opportunities to help one another. Many skills are developed in these sessions including catching, spatial awareness and working as a team. By Year 3 and 4 the intensity and expectation is increased markedly with the aim of building strength, stamina and confidence.
