On Tuesday 5th February we had the annual Tabloids Sports. This event brings all the students together to compete in the first house event for the year.
It was a great day, with the sun shining. The temperature was up and the fire hose was an attractive option to cool off.
All the students participated well and it was great to see so many of them in house colours and working together. Sportsmanship was high on the agenda too with teams getting high points for fairplay.
As the 8 rounds of events came to a close the points were close and final positions were hanging in the balance especially the close battle for 3rd. I look forward to seeing the house spirit continue throughout the year.
Results 1st Mason 532.5 points, 2nd Sumner 519 points, 3rd Taylor 488 points, 4th Sheppard 484.5 points. B Ferguson
